How do I pay for my child’s lunch?

 

  1. Payments will be made through your “Pre-Pay Account” in your FACTS Family Portal.

  2. Money can be added to your FACTS account in the following ways:

    1. In-Person: Payments with cash or check in the cafeteria before school

    2. Online: Payments with ACH or credit card (credit card fee will apply); *there are no online deposit transaction fees with the FACTS system)

 

Please Note: If your account has a negative balance of $40 or more, your access to grades through Family Portal will be turned off, students will only be allowed the limited options of hamburger/corn dog, milk, or juice if they do not have a lunch, and they will not be allowed to charge breakfast items or items from the snack counter (soda, snack cakes, chips, ice cream, etc.).

 

How do I order lunch/snacks for my child?

 

  1. In your Internet browser, navigate to https://factsmgt.com and click “Login Here” (top right of the web page).

  2. In the “For Families” section, select “Family Portal Login”.

  3. Type your school’s district code: FA-AL, your username, and password.

  4. On the left navigation menu, click “Student”, then select “Lunch.”

  5. Click +CREATE WEB ORDER. 

  6. Suggested display, click "Collapsible" to view by student. 

  7. Click the student name for which you wish to place an order.

  8. The Lunch Order Form expands, listing each date an order may be placed.

  9. Click the date to place an order. Type the number of items to order for the student in the “Quantity” column. The “Total” column displays the cost.

  10. Repeat for all dates and all students. The Grand Total is listed at the bottom.

  11. Click “Order Items.” Upon receipt of food items, the charges will be debited from the “prepay account” in financials.

 

Please Note: Orders must be placed by midnight the night before. You must pre-order for students to receive their food of choice. If you do not pre-order, your child will have the option of a hamburger/corn dog, milk, or juice.
